What this site collects. The assessment form asks for your contact details and your training goals. Nothing on it is collected until you press Send. If you only download the PDF, your answers never leave your device.
What we do with it. Your information is used to contact you and plan your training. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Ever.
Visit statistics. The site counts visits: which page, when, the referring site, screen size, and an approximate location (country and city) worked out from a shortened form of your internet address. The full address is never stored. No cookies are involved, nothing follows you to other sites, and the numbers are visible only to your coach. Visit entries are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices. Want your information corrected or deleted? Email jeryme@thetraininglab.ca and it will be done.
This page changes when the site does. If the site starts collecting anything new, this note will say so before it happens.
